n 04/25/2019, at approximately 9:15 AM, HCSO District 3 Patrol Units responded 803 Nancy Rose St. in reference to a shooting. An adult male was found deceased on the front balcony of a 2nd story apartment. The male suffered a single gunshot wound. HCSO Homicide and CSU responded. The initial investigation revealed the deceased male kicked in the front door to apartment and was shot by the resident who lives in the apartment. The deceased has been identified as twenty-eight (28) year old Tremaine Lee. The case will be presented to a Harris County Grand Jury.
