10.21.20 Three Stories: Baytown Fire on Scene, Arrest, Motorcycle Accident

Story 1:

On Friday night, October 16, Baytown Fire Department responded to a call in the 900 block of Idlewood in Baytown.  An explosive sound was heard coming from a home.  According to info gathered at the scene, aerosol cans were exploding in the home.  Afterwards, on Saturday evening, Baytown Fire returned to the same home to extinguish a fire that broke out in the attic of the home.  The family dog died in the fire.

Story 2:

2020- 51128 – On October 19th at 3:25 p.m., officers were dispatched to a trespassing call in the 3500 block of McKinney. While enroute officers were advised that the suspect(s) had left the scene in a red passenger car and was now west on Massey Tompkins. Responding officers spotted the vehicle, a red Toyota hatchback, in the 300 block of Massey Tompkins and initiated a stop on the vehicle. As the officers initiated the stop, the occupants of the vehicle were observed making furtive movements and appeared to be attempting to conceal something in the vehicle. The vehicle subsequently came to a stop in the 200 block of Rollingbrook, where responding officers, concerned about the actions of the occupants, conducted a high risk stop on the vehicle and detained both the driver and the passenger. A subsequent search of the vehicle resulted in officers locating a small pipe commonly used for ingesting narcotics. As a result the driver, identified as 51 year old Adrian Sonnier of Highlands, was arrested on traffic offenses and the passenger, identified as 34 year old Sean Bradford of Baytown, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and transported to the Baytown Jail.  2020-51122 – On October 19th at 2:34 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle in the 800 block of Rollingbrook. Upon stopping the vehicle officers contacted the driver of the vehicle, identified as 20 year old Deonte Greene of Baytown. While speaking with Mr. Greene officers noticed the smell of marijuana coming from the vehicle and subsequently conducted a search of the vehicle. During the search officers located a digital scale along with a quantity of marijuana. Mr. Greene was placed under arrest and transported to the Baytown Jail where he was booked on charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Story 3:

Baytown EMS, Fire and Rescue and Police responded to the scene of an injured female in the 5300     block of Decker Drive shortly after 3 pm Monday.  According to information gathered at the scene, it was not clear if her motorcycle was struck by another vehicle or if she wrecked.  She was transported to Bayshore Hospital.
