Story 2: On Thursday night, Baytown was visited with severe weather– heavy rain downpour and strong winds. An elderly woman had to be rescued from her mobile home when it was struck by lightning followed by a tree falling on her home. Baytown’s City Management Emergency Teams worked throughout the night putting up high water barricades and making our city as safe as possible in the midst of the storm.
Story 3: Then on Friday, a female was taken into custody on suspicion of arson at the West Lodge Aapartments on W. Baker Road. First, the female was taken to a local hospital due to concerns for her mental health.
