On Saturday, April 6th at 11:53 p.m., Baytown Police responded to 1100 Decker Drive in reference to a robbery. A Baytown officer contacted the store clerk who reported a short Hispanic male and a tall Hispanic male entered the store. The short male was dressed in all black and approached the counter with a black handgun where he demanded money. The short male struck the clerk in the head with the handgun and told him he would shoot him so the clerk complied by providing money. Both males fled the scene on foot. Video surveillance is not available at this time. Case is still under investigation.

On Sunday, April 7th at 2:56 a.m., Baytown Police responded to the 5000 block of Bush Road in reference to a major auto-pedestrian accident. Baytown officers contacted witnesses who reported they found a white male lying in the roadway on Bush Road. There are no witnesses who viewed the accident. The 26 year old white male victim was transported to Herman Memorial Hospital with a head injury. The victim’s condition is unknown at this time. Case is still under investigation.
