On December 24 Chambers County Sheriff’s deputies responded to FM 2041 in Anahuac in reference to deceased persons. Discovered were Matthew Allen Kline, 28, and his wife, Dominique Schliske 26. Initial investigation leads detectives to believe that Domique Schliske was in the master bedroom of their home and was shot in the head while asleep. Matthew Kline was discovered lying on the floor next to the bed with a weapon close by also dead with what detectives believe was a self inflicted gun shot would to the head. The investigation shows they had been deceased at least a few hours before being discovered by a relative that was checking on the couple’s welfare. The investigation is ongoing at this time; Justice of the Peace precinct 2 Randy Van de Venter has ordered autopsies on the decedents.
Story 2: Around 4 am Baytown police, EMS and Fire and rescue responded to the scene of a shooting at the Wyndham Apartments on Rollingbrook Drive. One 27 year old male was pronounced dead at the scene. The gunshot was self inflicted. No other details are available
