2017-14047 – On March 6th officers were dispatched to the 7500 block of Decker Drive in reference to a report of two males who offered a child candy. Upon arrival officers contacted the complainant who advised her 12 year old daughter was taking garbage to the dumpster when a white van with green pinstripes pulled alongside her and offered her candy. The 12 year old refused the offer and ran to her apartment and alerted her mother, the complainant. They were unable to get a plate on the vehicle but described the males as white males in their 30’s, one with short blonde hair and one with short brown hair. Detectives are investigating.
