PCT. 3 NOW – PURSUIT IN McNAIR ENDS IN CRASH
Pct. 3 Deputies attempted to stop a vehicle in the Channelview area off Sheldon Rd.
The driver refused to stop and led Deputies to the McNair area where he crashed the vehicle on the feeder road of I-10 in between Thompson and Wade Rd.
After crashing the vehicle, the driver, later identified as Cameron Trench, fled on foot with his young child who was also in the vehicle.
Deputies located Trench and his child at another location, both in good condition.
At the scene of the crash, Deputies detained the adult male passenger,
and while doing so, discovered his infant child in the backseat in a carseat that was not properly restrained.
Both are reported in good health as well. The vehicle was reported stolen, investigation is underway
