On Friday, November 22nd at 9:02 p.m., Baytown Police responded to 6900 North Main Street in reference to a shooting. Officers contacted the complainant who reported he viewed a white male and two black males looking inside vehicles in the parking lot. The complainant approached the males and told them not to move. The complainant told officers the white male advanced toward him therefore he discharged his handgun one time at the male. It is unknown if the male was struck. All three males fled the scene after the complainant discharged his handgun. Officers were unable to locate the males.

Shortly after 9 pm tonight, three men were attempting to burglarize a vehicle when the complainant who was also the owner of the vehicle shot at them. The incident occurred at the Bayview Apartments in the 6900 block of North Main. The complainant was not sure if he actually shot one of the men. They all fled on foot. Baytown Police are investigating. Check back for the official press release.
