A commercial cargo plane with three people on board has crashed in the water near the bay in Chambers County. Emergency rescue teams from Chambers County, Mt. Belvieu and Baytown are presently on location. The wreckage has just been spotted and rescuers are approaching the site. Check back for update. (Correction: The word “tge” should be “the”)
