An accident with a fatality occurred around 11:15 pm Friday night. This single vehicle accident occurred on FM 565 at Plantation Drive in Chambers County. The driver of this vehicle lost control and he lost his life when it rolled over and landed upside down in this ditch. The vehicle was occupied by the driver and one passenger.
