Baytown Police, EMS and Fire and Rescue responded to the scene of an accident on Highway 146 on Monday evening, March 14, 2016. According to information obtained at the scene, the female driver of the white vehicle pictured in the video failed to stop at the stop sign before entering into the flow of traffic; this caused a collision and overturn of the vehicle she hit. The male driver of the overturned vehicle sustained an injury to his arm and was transported by ambulance to the hospital.
