2015-40786 – AGGRAVATED ASSAULT/DEADLY WEAPON
On Monday, August 3, 2015 at approximately 1:40 a.m., the reporting officer responded to the 3300 block of Rollingbrook in reference to a shooting. Upon arrival, the responding officer made contact with the 20 year-old victim who stated he heard someone breaking into his apartment. The victim went to investigate and saw four people standing in the living room. The victim ran to another room, heard a gunshot and felt his leg go numb. No descriptors were given except one of the individuals was wearing a red hooded sweatshirt with a bandana on his face. The victim was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital in stable condition.
