According to Baytown Assistant Fire Chief Mahoney, Baytown Fire Department was contacted at 12:45 p.m. on October 8th, regarding the hazmat emergency on Highway 146 and Spur 330.
A tanker truck was leaking a corrosive and combustible chemical called Piperazine. Chief Mahoney said there were no injuries as a result of the incident.
