FINAL UPDATE: 3:20 P.M 1-17-18 – ALL barricades moved, all lanes of all roads OPEN. Spur 330 both directions, 146 elevated both directions, Hartman Bridge both directions, Interstate 10 both directions; OPEN. We do expect freezing temps overnight tonight so we would remind everyone to continue to use caution when driving as there is the possibility of intermittent icy patches over the next 24 hours.
