Baytown Fire Department responded to the scene of a fire in a garbage disposal truck on Friday morning, February 9th. The fire was quickly extinguished and there were no injuries. The incident occurred on East Road in Baytown.
In our second and third stories, Baytown Police, EMS and Fire and Rescue responded to the scene of two separate accidents involving SUVs on Saturday night, February 10th. The first accident occurred on John Martin Road. No other info available from that scene.
The second accident occurred shortly afterwards at Thompson Road and I-10 West . One victim was airlifted to a Houston hospital with head injuries.
