Officer dispatched in reference to a mischief.
Complainant stated a group of teenagers were putting bottles behind vehicle tires.
Arrestee #1: 19-year-old Francisco Monroy of Baytown.
Arrestee #2: juvenile male.
While searching Monroy’s backpack, officer found marihuana, tray, scale, storage container, and a box of zip lock baggies, other drugs, a black hoodie and a phone charger.
Case Status: Harris County ADA accepted the charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute on Monroy. Monroy and juvenile were transported to Baytown jail.
On Tuesday, March 21, 2023, at approximately 01:58 am District 3 units responded to an In-Progress at 4618 Johnson St. Units located an adult male(20-years-old) and a juvenile male(16-years-old) inside a motor vehicle. Both males sustained gunshot wounds and were transported by EMS to Memorial Hermann Downtown. The unknown suspect(s) fled the scene prior to units arrival.
