2022-62298 – Aggravated Assault
- Complainant stated as he tried breaking up a fight between his daughter and another female, a male threatened and pointed a gun at him.
- Male subject identified as 44-year-old Baytown resident, Nikel Rhodes.
- Baytown EMS arrived on scene and treated complainant’s daughter’s injuries.
- Case Status: Harris County ADA accepted the charge of Aggravated Assault against Nikel. Female was issued a citation in regards to the assault against complainant’s daughter.
