In March of this year within the city limits of Baytown, Chambers County area, a Houston
area teenager was lured into a vehicle with a man they met online. The man then sexually
and physically assaulted the victim. The suspect is reportedly a Hispanic male in his late
teens or early twenties, approximately six feet tall, with a husky build, wavy black hair,
and wears hoop earrings. It is believed the suspect was driving a newer model white
Toyota passenger car. The suspect is believed to live in or near Harris County. We are
looking for the public’s help with identifying this person. We encourage anyone with
information about this incident to contact the Baytown Police Department at (281) 422-
