2020-33776 Two People Dead and One Hospitalized After Shooting On July 11th at 10:35 a.m., Baytown Police responded to a report of multiple shots fired in the 3400 block of Rollingcreek Drive. Upon arrival, responding officers made contact with a family member who stated she was on the phone with one of the victims. The officers entered the garage and discovered the deceased body of 17-year-old Jocelyn Chairez. Officers also discovered 49 year-old Norma Martinez, who was alive but with multiple gunshot wounds. Martinez was flown to Memorial-Hermann via Life Flight. Officers continued searching the residence and discovered the deceased body of 52-year-old Efrain Lucatero in the yard, with what appeared to be a selfinflicted gunshot wound to the head. Another adult female managed to escape the home unhurt and is being interviewed by Baytown Homicide Detectives. Homicide Detectives are still actively investigating the case. Ms. Martinez is still hospitalized and undergoing surgery for her injuries.
Baytown Police, EMS and Fire and Rescue responded to the scene of a shooting Saturday morning. The incident occurred shortly before 10:30 am on Rollingcreek Drive off Rollingbrook Drive. Two are deceased on scene and one female was airlifted. Check back for the official Baytown Police press release.
