2020-10844 – On February 24th at 1:48 pm officers responded to the area of Kilgore Road and East James in reference to a vehicle in the water. Upon arrival it was learned that the occupants had made it out of the vehicle safely. During the investigation officers learned that the vehicle was traveling eastbound on East James onto Kilgore Road when the driver, a 30 year old female, lost control of the vehicle going into the curve and ended up going into the water. No injuries reported.
