09.20.16 Baytown Police Special Ops Recovered Stolen Goods

FROM: Baytown Police Department (RECOVERED STOLEN ITEMS)
Yesterday we (Special Ops and Patrol) recovered the pit. The same folks were in possession of a bunch of City of Killeen Parks and Rec Dept stolen property. BPD recovered 2 stolen trucks, 2 stolen trailers and a Hustler zero-turn mower that belong to Killeen and the investigation continues. Killeen is still missing a Scag zero turn mower but the pit stolen from the church was in the back of the stolen truck and has already been returned to the church. Here are the two Baytown folks that stole from the church, charged with F-3 possession of stolen property and currently residents of the taxpayers at the Baytown Graybar Motel. #1 [brown shirt] is Phillip Cook (no pun intended), 04-06-1994 and #2 is Leighton Foreman, 12-02-1993.
