2018-6575 – On February 2nd at 12:59 a.m., officers responded to the Chute, located in the 4500 block of Garth Road in reference to a fight. Upon arrival officers learned that several subjects had been involved in a fight and while inside the bar, all of the subjects were ultimately removed from the bar. At 2:02 a.m. officers were dispatched to the Houston Methodist San Jacinto Hospital regarding a stabbing victim coming into the ER. During that investigation officers learned that after the fight at the Chute the subjects involved, including the complainant at the ER, had gotten into another fight which resulted in the complainant being stabbed by one of the other subjects involved in the fight. The complainant, who is a 24 year old Baytown man, was treated for his non-life threatening injuries and released. No charges have been filed as of yet and Detectives are investigating.
