2017-40911- Officers responded to a silent hold up alarm in the 3000 blk of W. Baker, where a black male displayed a silver handgun at the clerk and fled the scene. The black male juvenile was seen running from the scene and eventually apprehended on Surrey with the assistance of the Department of Public Safety helicopter and Baytown Police K-9. The juvenile was charged with aggravated robbery. The case is still under investigation.
