2017-29135 – On May 15th at 3:24 p.m., officers were dispatched to a major accident in the
3000 block of Tri City Beach Road involving a Goose Creek School Bus and a 2013 Harley Davidson Motorcycle.
Upon arrival officers found the operator of the motorcycle, a 61 year old Iowa man, was traveling south
on the motorcycle while the bus was traveling north bound. During the investigation of the accident
it was determined that the operator of the motorcycle swerved into the bus’ lane of travel. The bus
driver attempted to avoid the collision by taking evasive action, swerving to the right, but to no avail,
the motorcycle subsequently struck the left rear quarter panel of the bus. The operator of the motorcycle,
who was not wearing a helmet, was unresponsive at the scene and subsequently flown to Hermann
Hospital in Houston to be treated for his injuries. His condition is unknown at this time. As a result of
the accident the operator of the motorcycle was cited for Failure to Control Speed. None of the students
on the bus, nor the driver, were injured during the accident.

the complainants phone before leaving the scene in his vehicle. Mr. Bueso returned a short
time later, driving down the street at a high rate of speed, nearly striking the complainant
and her children. Mr. Bueso went inside the residence and refused to come out once our
officers arrived. Officers were ultimately able to convince Mr. Bueso to come out of the house
