The 10 year old girl, Jaidyn Amiot, returned home on the 4th on her own and is no longer considered as a runaway.
Regarding the West Coast Donut Robbery, case 2017-5514, the suspects from this case were involved in another robbery in Harris County shortly after the committed ours. Shortly after committing the robbery in the county they were caught by HCSO and taken into custody. As a result, the suspects were charged by Harris County Sheriff’s Department in their robbery. The suspects were also linked to a donut shop robbery in Chambers County for which they were also charged, by Chamber County Sheriff’s Department. We are still working on our case but are confident that it is the same suspects and hope to be able to charge them in ours as well, soon. I do not have any information on the suspects at this time since we have not officially charged them, however I do believe they are still in jail. Any info regarding the Harris County case or the Chambers County case would have to come from those respective agencies.
