2016-70958 – On December 20th at 3:40 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 500 block of North Commerce Street. The passenger of the vehicle was identified as 17 year old Jorge Cabrera of Baytown and the driver was identified as 18 year old Steven Madrigal. Mr. Cabrera was found to have an outstanding Felony warrant out of Harris County for Aggravated Assault (William Street shooting) and Mr. Madrigal was found to not have a driver’s license. Both subjects were placed under arrest and transported to the Baytown Municipal Jail and booked. Mug shots attached
2016-70968 – On December 20th at 4:35 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of Garth Road and Morrel Avenue. The passenger of the vehicle was identified as 20 year old Kristopher Cisneros of Baytown. Mr. Cisneros was found to have an outstanding Felony warrant out of Harris County for Aggravated Robbery. Mr. Cisneros was taken into custody and transported to the Baytown Municipal Jail. Mug shot attached.
