Ipdated Press Release from Lt. Steve Dorris with Baytown Police Department

We have located the person of interest, Jesse Dobbs, along with the vehicle in the Texas City area, however the 16 year old female is still missing. Detectives will be working on conducting an interview with Mr. Dobbs to hopefully ascertain the whereabouts of the 16 year old. I will be sending out another release later in the day,
