Update 08.29.16 from BPD:
2016-48174 – On Saturday, August 27th at 9:13 p.m., Baytown Police were dispatched to the corner of N. Main and Bob Smith Streets, in reference to a shooting. The officer observed the victim laying in the grass near Conoco gas station with a gunshot wound to the back of his upper left leg. The victim stated someone driving a silver Dodge Charger had shot at him as he walked away from the gas station. Detectives are investigating.
